The Fort Henry Heights Minor Hockey Association (FHHMHA) is a minor hockey organization sponsored by Canadian Forces Base Kingston.

Its purpose is to serve the needs of the young people of the military community. The aim of the FHHMHA is to impart the enjoyment and skills of hockey, to discourage violence and to promote a wholesome sportsmanlike attitude among the participants.

We have 2 clubs, The Fort Henry Flames and The Fort Henry Wings. 

The Fort Henry teams participate as an association within the Church Athletic League (CAL) from Initiation Program level to Midget.
